How to Use Split PST Tool
Follow these simple steps to split large PST files into smaller parts

Launch the Software
Start the Split PST Tool using one of these methods:
Search Method
Click start icon and find software by name
Desktop Shortcut
Double click the software icon on desktop

Select PST File
Choose the large PST file you want to split:
Browse Button
Click Browse to select your PST file
Choose your splitting method:
By Size
Split by file size in MB/GB
By Folder
Split by specific folders
By Year
Split by year (Full version only)

Save Split Files
Choose where to save your split PST files:
Select Destination
Choose output folder location
Start Splitting
Click Split Now to begin
