Here’s How CAISY Works

CAISY (pronounced K-see) is an AI-powered coach that creates a supportive environment for practicing challenging work-related conversations. This allows them to learn from experience without fear of saying the wrong thing. As learners work through the conversation, CAISY responds to their input in real time and then provides adaptive feedback, highlighting what they did well and areas for improvement.

If the learner doesn't know where to start, CAISY's Role Model mode lets the AI coach model the conversation and demonstrate best practices.
