Hi, I’m Lori Cangilla!

Everything I teach is something I live.


Everything I offer has helped me carve out my own Singularly Sensitive path.

For years, I did everything I was supposed to do.
I was a successful psychologist, coach, certified forest therapy guide, and author on the outside… and quietly aching on the inside.

I pushed through burnout.
I tried being “tough.”
I followed every expert’s formula.
I tried to do it all alone.

And nothing felt quite right—because none of it was rooted in my sensitivity.

The turning point came when I finally stopped trying to fix myself.
I began walking in the woods, journaling what I truly felt, and listening to the soft voice inside me.
I tuned out the droning expectations I’d internalized from years of doing the “right” things.


In that slowing down, everything shifted:
my creativity returned,
my peace deepened,
and I began living in alignment with my true self and with the world.

Now I guide other sensitive women to do the same.

My mentoring is never one-size-fits-all, because we know that doesn’t actually fit. And it’s always collaborative, because I trust your inner wisdom.

I’ll help you soften into the truth of your sensitivity, reclaim your creativity, and live from the grounded center of who you really are when you set down all the conditioning that life imposes.
