Scally's lunchroom & Tearoom was founded in 1992. Since then it had became a concept in The Hague. Even more recently it is making a name for itself in Scheveningen with a Lunchroom and Tearoom at Keizerstraat 356. The establishments are passionately inspired by England and English culture.
