{"id":48218,"date":"2015-08-12T16:41:08","date_gmt":"2015-08-12T15:41:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/?p=48218"},"modified":"2015-08-12T22:45:22","modified_gmt":"2015-08-12T21:45:22","slug":"student-satisfaction-soars-he15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/student-satisfaction-soars-he15\/","title":{"rendered":"Student satisfaction soars at Reaseheath College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/higher-education\/\">Higher Education<\/a> student satisfaction has risen for the second consecutive year at Reaseheath College according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestudentsurvey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Student Survey (NSS)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Overall student satisfaction has risen by 12% on the previous year with the results showing an 86% satisfaction score for teaching and 83% for the academic support provided to its Higher Education students.<\/p>\n<p>Dean of Higher Education, Rachel Ellis-Jones, commented:\u00a0\u201cI am absolutely delighted at yet another increase in our student satisfaction. This is evidence of our staff\u2019s commitment to ensuring our students have a successful academic outcome, but also really enjoy their time at Reaseheath College.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the results of the NSS, Professor Madeleine Atkins, Chief Executive of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hefce.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">HEFCE<\/a>, said: &#8220;The survey provides detailed and robust data which is used extensively by universities and colleges to improve the quality of their teaching and learning. It is also valuable in supporting prospective students and their parents and advisors in helping choose which higher education institution to select.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>With two commendations from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qaa.ac.uk\/en\" target=\"_blank\">Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA)<\/a> for student learning opportunities and enhancement of student learning opportunities, there has never been a better time to study at Reaseheath College.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Higher Education student satisfaction has risen for the second consecutive year at Reaseheath College according to the National Student Survey (NSS).
