He is recognized for his practical prowess, technical knowledge, and willingness to assist others in practical situations, even providing relief labour at the college farm on his days off.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alfie Edwards (T Level Agriculture, Land Management and Production):<\/strong> With 100% attendance, Alfie has demonstrated exceptional reliability and a positive attitude. He excels in both practical and theoretical work, applying his knowledge to real-world scenarios and acting as an excellent role model for his cohort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shane Thompson (L3 Agricultural Engineering Apprentice):<\/strong> Shane consistently performs ahead of his targets, producing detailed and thoughtful work. He is a valued team member who generously shares his technical expertise to help his peers understand complex course requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tyler Maddock (Joinery Level 1):<\/strong> Tyler has shown immense resilience in overcoming initial practical challenges. His confidence has grown significantly, and he is noted for his impeccable manners, excellent attendance, and conscientious attitude in the workshop. <em>(Image 1)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Harry Hutchinson (KS4 Construction Multi-skills):<\/strong> Harry is a strong role model who approaches every task with enthusiasm. He produces high-quality work that showcases both creativity and skill, while his polite and collaborative nature contributes to a positive classroom environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kace Ryan (T Level Animal Management with Science):<\/strong> Kace has shown remarkable growth in confidence, particularly in public speaking and classroom participation. He has tackled challenging scientific content with determination and consistently models professional Career Ready behaviours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emily Hazeldine (Level 1 Land-based studies &#8211; Equine):<\/strong> Emily is a dedicated residential student with 100% attendance and distinction-level work. She demonstrates impressive maturity, industry-standard practical skills, and a proactive approach to developing her knowledge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amelia Coxon (Level 3 Technical Baccalaureate in Equine Management):<\/strong> Amelia excels in every area of her course, often researching subjects in her own time. She embodies college values through her team-oriented approach, meticulous care for horses, and academic performance well above her target grades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phoebe Holbrook (HE Animal Management):<\/strong> As the Students\u2019 Union Sustainability Officer, Phoebe has shown incredible initiative in leading campus campaigns. She has transformed into a confident student who provides deep, insightful contributions to class discussions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Miley Davies (Level 1 Functional Skills English):<\/strong> Miley is a dedicated residential student who has made exceptional strides in her writing and communication skills. Her resilience and commitment to acting on feedback have made her a positive role model for her peers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sophie Smith (L3 Sport and Exercise Science):<\/strong> Despite joining the course late, Sophie has shown exceptional determination to catch up and excel.
