These specialist engineers already benefit from a bespoke Hi Voltage e-Learnng refresher programme created by Reaseheath Media Developer Paul Daniels. This has now been developed to provide a comprehensive two-part eLearning and assessment package which has enabled Bentley to combine on-line theory training with a practical assessment on the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Development Officer Stephen Collier said: \u201cWe really appreciate the excellent collaborative working relationship we have with Reaseheath College. As a company we welcome local partnerships, particularly flexible ones, and this one is benefitting everyone concerned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe blended learning approach is an initiative which breaks new ground for us and is enabling our staff to develop essential future skills. In return, Bentley has invested in Reaseheath\u2019s staff and has been able to support in the development of specific skills and knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Head of Engineering Katie Whiteman said: \u201cWe are delighted that our partnership with such a prestigious luxury car brand is proving so successful.
