In the USA, your QuickSigner signatures are valid under the federal ESIGN Act and the UETA framework adopted by 49 states. As a result, an agreement you sign carries the same legal weight as ink on paper, in every state and territory where it applies.
In the UK, your signed documents are equally enforceable. Specifically, they’re recognized under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and the UK’s eIDAS framework, so your contracts stand on solid legal ground.
Across the EU, QuickSigner signatures comply with the eIDAS regulation, the standard that governs the legal effect of electronic signatures in every member state. Therefore, you can sign with cross-border confidence.
