  • All Operations Ceased: ProBit Global has officially ceased all operations. Access to the website, mobile app, and API is permanently disabled.
  • Data Access: Access to historical data (trade history, transaction logs) concluded on February 26, 2026, 00:00 UTC.
  • Archiving: All data has been archived securely in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and is technically inaccessible for individual retrieval.

2. Disposition of Unclaimed Assets

The withdrawal grace period ended on March 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC. In accordance with the ProBit Global Service Termination Notice and our Terms of Service, all remaining balances have been administratively processed and closed. Consequently, assets are no longer accessible or retrievable.

Disclaimer: ProBit Global bears no liability for any loss or damages arising from the failure to withdraw assets within the designated grace period.

3. Customer Support Closed

  • All support channels (email, social media) are permanently shut down.
  • We are unable to respond to or facilitate any further inquiries or recovery requests.
