In an era where AI is advancing, processes are being automated, and efficiency is a consistent focus across industries, Pointer’s client evaluation points to a key insight: human relationships remain essential.
At Pointer, we regularly invite our clients to evaluate their collaboration with us through a written questionnaire sent after each recruitment assignment. Most recently, this evaluation shows that as many as 92.9% of all new assignments at Pointer come from existing clients or through recommendations. Despite the new opportunities to use AI to support a sales process, it is in practice existing collaborations and established networks that – still – generate new assignments for Pointer.
Pointer’s approach is rooted in targeted, network-based search. This means that professional qualifications are only part of the equation – the human fit matters just as much and is often the deciding factor in whether a recruitment truly succeeds. The client evaluation figures speak for themselves: 96.9% of clients are satisfied with the candidates presented, and 96.4% state that they are “very satisfied” / “satisfied” with the results Pointer delivers. The entire Pointer process is built on close collaboration between Pointer and the client, with 94.2% expressing satisfaction with the collaboration with the consultant responsible.
The results show that in a world moving faster and more digitally than ever before, it is still relationships that create collaboration – and the quality of that collaboration that retains and creates new relationships.
