As soon as a form is validated in Plugnotes, data is sent to your ERP. Reading ERP databases (customers, items) is real-time within the form. In offline mode, data is sent immediately upon validation when the connection is restored.
Plugnotes offers a file-based integration (FileZilla / SFTP) for cases where your ERP does not have an accessible API or when your organization's IT policy prohibits direct network connections. Plugnotes exports your data as structured files (CSV, XML, JSON) to an SFTP server. Your ERP then imports them according to its own schedule. This method is simple, secure, and requires no specific port opening on the ERP side.
Yes. Maintenance for native Business Central and Odoo connectors is included in your Plugnotes license. Our teams handle updates for new versions of your ERP, as well as connector corrections and evolutions. You have nothing to manage on the technical side.
