Planned Parenthood Action Fund (“Action Fund”) is an independent, nonpartisan, not-for-profit 501(c)(4) membership organization formed as the advocacy arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. The Action Fund engages in educational, advocacy, and limited electoral activity, including grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education. Like Planned Parenthood Federation of America, many of the independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates have related 501(c)(4) local organizations.

Contributions or gifts to the Action Fund are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRC Section 162(e). If you are interested in other ways to give, including making a tax-deductible gift, please click here or call 1(800) 430-4907.

Contributions to Planned Parenthood Action Fund will not be earmarked for any purpose, and will generally support our activities to protect and promote reproductive health nationwide. As required by law, the Action Fund does not solicit or accept contributions from Foreign Sources of Concern (as defined by Florida Statute § 496.404(14)). By contributing to the Action Fund, you affirm that you are not a Foreign Source of Concern, are a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident of the United States, and that you are making this contribution with your own funds and not the funds of another person or entity.

A gift of $10 qualifies you for annual contributing membership to Planned Parenthood Action Fund. Every dollar you give over the next twelve months up to $300 counts towards your dues to become a lifetime member.
