The Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology (PEAT)
PEAT is an initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. We help employers adopt accessible technology to build a future-ready workforce for everyone, including people with disabilities.
PEAT creates accessible technology policies and strategies for organizations using current and emerging tools, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR). We provide direct training, actionable tools, and field-wide collaborations for employers and developers designing the latest technology to work for everyone, including people with disabilities.
When technology is accessible—from AI to XR and beyond—we can unlock new potential for job seekers and workers across industries.
