Background: Tata Housing, a renowned name in the real estate industry, designed the Channel Partner program 'Bandhan' to foster inclusiveness, profit-sharing, ease of doing business, and growth within the group. The program aims to provide comprehensive support to channel partners through training, insights, technical assistance, sales and marketing tools, and a range of exclusive benefits based on performance.

Objective: To create an overall immersive experience for the Channel Partner program 'Bandhan,' encompassing branding and communication design that highlights the program's core values of inclusiveness, profit-sharing, and support for growth.

APPROACH

Branding: 

  1. Developed a cohesive brand identity for 'Bandhan' that reflects its core values and mission. 

  2. Designed a distinctive logo, color scheme, and visual elements that resonate with the program’s objectives of inclusiveness and support. 

Communication Design: 

  1. Created engaging communication materials that effectively convey the benefits and features of the 'Bandhan' program. 

  2. Designed training materials, brochures, and presentation templates that provide clear and concise information to channel partners. 

Support and Benefits: 

  1. Provided comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of channel partners. 

  2. Offered insights and technical support to assist channel partners in their business operations. 

  3. Developed a range of sales and marketing tools to help channel partners effectively promote Tata Housing projects. 

  4. Implemented performance-based exclusive benefits to motivate and reward high-performing channel partners.

Outcome: The 'Bandhan' Channel Partner program successfully created an inclusive and supportive environment for channel partners, enabling them to grow within the Tata Housing group. The comprehensive branding and communication design effectively conveyed the program’s values and benefits, resulting in enhanced engagement and satisfaction among channel partners. The performance-based benefits and support mechanisms provided through the program motivated channel partners to achieve higher performance levels, contributing to the overall success of Tata Housing projects. The greater acknowledgement of success was when sister concern Tata Motors as well incorporated the same with a few tweaks.

Tata Housing designed the Channel Partner programme Bandhan to foster inclusiveness, profit-sharing, ease of doing business, and growth within the group. We created the complete brand identity and communication system — including the programme name, logo, tiered partner brochures (Gold, Silver, Platinum), possession kits, training aids, signup kits, certifications, and the website. The success was such that sister concern Tata Motors adopted the same programme with minor tweaks.

What We Delivered

  • The Bandhan name and logo identity were developed to reflect the programme's core values of inclusiveness and shared growth — the mark connected the Tata Housing brand to the partner relationship without either dominating the other.

  • Tiered partner brochures (Gold, Silver, Platinum) created a structured aspiration system — giving channel partners clear visibility of their current standing and what higher performance would unlock, directly motivating engagement.

  • The possession kit translated the Bandhan philosophy into the physical moment of handover — the creative made a transactional event feel like the beginning of a long-term relationship.

  • The programme was featured in the Economic Times as India's first social networking platform for property brokers, and was subsequently adopted by Tata Motors — the highest possible validation of a brand system's scalability.
