We build, SideStore, an iOS alternative App Store that also allows you to sideload any IPA. We also have an easy-to-use third-party repo system as well as continuously new third party apps found, tested, and manually added to the Browse Section of our store by our staff.
SideStore works while on any WiFi network (including a personal hotspot). You can install or activate / deactivate apps in an instant (it's running via localhost so we're gonna try to make it even speedier in the future). We'll soon be working on cellular IPA installation, a way to bypass the 3-apps per device limit (as long as you're on WiFi), and many more features you can see on our roadmap here: https://trello.com/b/Xt0r0Aay/sidestore-roadmap
