Hello and Welcome!I'm Roy Delanight, and I’m excited to have you here.After years of using Windows, stretching all the way back to the mid-90s, I’ve decided it’s time to build something better. Like many of you, I’ve watched the changes in Windows with growing frustration: forced updates, mandatory Microsoft accounts just to install, and even ads in the Start Menu. I finally said, "Enough is enough."That’s why I’m developing Kumander Linux—a Linux distro designed for users who are familiar with Windows but want to move away from the limitations it imposes today. Kumander Linux is based on Debian with the lightweight XFCE desktop environment, making it not only responsive on modern hardware but also a great choice for older PCs. It’s inspired by the look and feel of Windows 7, a system many still regard as Microsoft’s best work.My goal is to give users like you a smooth and powerful experience, free from unnecessary bloat, while staying rooted in the stability and flexibility of Linux.By becoming a Patron, you can join me on this journey toward reclaiming control over our computers.
