Hi, you may know me from my work on the <a href="https://github.com/Cotya/magento-composer-installer" target="_blank">Magento Composer Installer</a> for Magento1 or the <a href="https://github.com/OpenMage/magento-lts">OpenMage-LTS</a> Project or some of the many other Open Source related contributions I did over the Years. I contribute to Open Source for over <a href="https://www.openhub.net/accounts/flyingmana">7 years</a> already, mostly in my free time besides work. Since then Iam also active on different communication channels (initially IRC), where I regularly try to help others solving programming problems they face and point to documentation parts which are not so easy to find with a google search. In this years I recognized one of my strengths is the direct positive impact I have on other Programmers, Developers and Engineers in learning and advancing in what they do. Also I like it very much to build and maintain Open Source projects, and I think Iam doing okay-ish in this area. While I plan to continue this, its sometimes hard to decide how I can be best of help for the Communities I am part of. As everyone knows, time is limited, especially if you depend on earning money. Patreon will likely not generate enough income to life from it, but I hope the fanbase here will help me to decide which things to build and focus on.
