DIYabled

DIYabled is a grassroots nonprofit founded by Priya Ray. It started in the DIY music and art community to inform people about disabilities. While we do feel like our DIY communities are a great place to start we are also very interested to inform the entire community. I do this through my art, zines, and sharing my stories. By supporting DIYabled you will help me to continue this fight. When you become a Patron of DIYabled, you will have access to all of these advocating tools to learn from and to share with others as to why it is so important to include people with disabilities in your communities. Remember disability affects everyone. It is inclusive to all lives. :)

DIYabled Patron

This tier is the Zine of the Month tier. You will receive a DIYabled zine every month, one DIYabled sticker, and one DIYabled mini print 4" x 6."

DIYabled Zine Of The Month Tier

As a DIYabled Ally Patron you will receive a DIYabled sticker, Posts about disabilty and community, hi_res digital downloads of advocacy art from the ongoing art project called "Unrecognized Potential", and "A Guide to Accessible Parking" that explains accessible parking, why it exists, and what the different spots are for and "The DIY Community and Accessibility". A zine that was written with the intention of being a guide for everyone (not just DIY community) to learn how to include the disabled in their communities.

DIYabled Ally Patron

If you sign up yo this tier you will have early access to docuseries DIYabled Talks, a conversation with disabled people living their best lives, and Disability on the Spectrum which will shoe the diversity of ability in specific disabilities.
