ASL University (Lifeprint.com) is an American Sign Language resource site for students, interpreters, teachers, and parents of Deaf children. ASLU is directed by "Dr. Bill" (William G. Vicars, EdD) who is Deaf/hh and holds an earned doctorate in Deaf Education / Deaf studies from Lamar University (accredited). ASLU is co-directed by Belinda (Bee) Vicars, who holds an earned Master of Fine Arts degree (accredited) and is Deaf. They and their team of like-minded colleagues are on a mission to provide free and very-low-cost yet high quality sign language instruction, materials, information, and support to people world-wide.
