Welcome to the Learning Network, Guest!
The Commission’s Learning Network™ provides a convenient central hub for client advocacy professionals committed to continuous learning and advancing knowledge. Explore below for practice-relevant resources and tools that align with current trends in the workforce and certification needs.
As part of our rebranding campaign, The Commission (formerly the Commission for Case Manager Certification) is aligning its content with its expanded mission: certification and development of client advocacy professionals for a future-ready workforce.
Our mission shapes the way we support professionals at each career stage throughout the certification journey. The Commission continues to provide specialized skill training, education and resources and will be by your side as you work to meet the needs of your clients.
Across The Commission’s Learning Network, some content may use the former name, while more recent content will include the current name. Learn more about The Commission's transition by reading the FAQs and press release.
Click on a topic below to learn more. On the pages that follow, you can access free content or purchase items as needed to gain access to the material. After successful completion of items that offer continuing education credit(s), CEs will automatically appear on your dashboard.
Disclosure: The CCM® and CDMS® exams are practice-based, meaning all questions are based on the knowledge that an experienced case manager or disability management specialist should know and understand. Exam candidates are not required to take any course or purchase any study materials. Attending or purchasing any prep courses or study materials from The Commission is not a guarantee of passing the exams. Also, be aware that The Commission does not endorse or approve any materials other than those provided through The Commission, even though they may carry the CCM or CDMS marks. Additionally, purchase of these materials is NOT required for renewal, nor do they guarantee approval of renewal. All renewal applications are subject to meet the continuing education requirements and to be reviewed for re-certification as outlined in the CCM Renewal Guide & CDMS Renewal Guide.
