    Assistance for Employees
    • Report a Problem: Submit an online help ticket OR call 217/353-3333
    • Request a Service: Submit a service request for things that require director/chair approval (software installs/updates, hardware setups/moves, quotes, software assessments, Teams phone assignments, new reports, consultations, and IT Projects).
    • View your Current and Past Tickets
    • Submit an AV Event Request
    • Accounts and Access
      • Human Resources will initiate the creation of a new employee's ParklandOne account. This account will provide the employee with access to standard features such as email, Microsoft 365, Employee Portal, Self-Service for Employees, Wi-Fi, Cobra Learning, and 25-Live (book rooms/vehicles). The new employee will also be placed in the appropriate high level Outlook distribution lists such as Parkland All Employees and Parkland Adjunct Faculty. 
      • Submit Request for Account Services For access to applications not included in the default account setup, shared drives, shared mailboxes, updates to Microsoft 365 contact cards, updates to display name and/or username change, access changes based on a title or department change, and more. If Colleague, Watson, or Maxient access is needed, jump down to the last bullet point instead,
      • Student Worker Account For student employees who require access to employee resources such as workstation, shared drives, etc.

    Wi-Fi Access

    Available Computers, Printers, and Fax Machine on Campus: The Parkland Library has Windows workstations available for employee, student, and guest usage. For library location, please utilize this map. To reach the library by phone, please call 217/373-3839. Printing is available, but guests will need to set up a public printing account first. There is also a fax machine in the library, which will allow outgoing faxes only. The machine accepts credit cards or branded debit cards only.
