If the 'Launch' button is disabled, you are likely attempting to start the exam too early. The button will become active 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please wait until that window opens to begin your session.

If you see a 'Reschedule' button instead of 'Schedule,' it means you already have an active appointment for this exam.

Your exam must be both scheduled and completed on or before the voucher's expiration date. For example, if your voucher expires on December 31st, you must sit for the exam by that date.

• 12-hour (AM/PM): Displayed if your browser language is set to English (US).

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your exam at least 15 days before your scheduled date and time. The cancellation policy states:

• 15+ days before your exam: Cancellation is free, and you get a full refund.
• Between 14 days and 48 hours before: You can cancel the exam and receive a refund, but please note that there is a $25 USD fee for this service.

Please note that exams cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the appointment or once the appointment time has passed.

If no slots appear, try expanding your search window. While we recommend searching within a two-week range for the best results, you can adjust your start date and search for availability up to one month out. Please keep your voucher’s expiration date in mind when selecting your date.

Our rescheduling policy is based on how much notice you provide:

Yes. While the system asks for four characters by default, you can simply enter your actual last name even if it only contains two or three letters. The system will identify your name and allow you to proceed with rescheduling or canceling.

Your confirmation number is a 16-digit numeric identifier assigned to your exam session.

How to find it: Once you complete your registration, this number is sent to you via email with the subject line 'Appointment Confirmation Email'.

If you cannot find the email:

To switch your exam from a Test Center to Remote Proctoring (or vice versa), you must first cancel your current appointment and then register for a new one. During the new registration process, simply select your preferred delivery method: 'Online' or 'Certification Center.'

Important: You must cancel your existing appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you attempt to cancel within this 48-hour window, you will forfeit your exam attempt and any associated fees.
