The IRM provides independent, evidence-based, and objective reporting to hold OGP members accountable and support their open government efforts.
Albania’s sixth action plan delivered moderate early results in public procurement transparency and public consultation, driven by strong political backing and oversight. Albania’s commitments complemented ongoing EU accession reforms and the plan was the first to be co-created and implemented with a formal multi-stakeholder forum.
Germany’s fourth action plan expanded its digital procurement platform to make below-threshold tenders available in a central location. Cooperation between the States of Berlin and Schleswig-Holstein advanced the publication of linked open datasets about State budgets and wind power generation.
