- Our AI chatbot uses OpenAI's GPT-5 model to deliver natural, human-like conversations. It can respond to your website visitors instantly, even when your team is offline. Training your AI is simple: add text manually, upload files, or let us crawl your website content.

- Yes. The Pro AI plan includes access to our AI chatbot feature. AI credits are billed separately from the plan. When you sign up, you receive 50 free AI credits to get started. Each credit covers one complete chat session with a visitor. After your free credits are used, you can purchase more: 6 € for 200 credits, 13 € for 500, 24 € for 1,000, 45 € for 2,000, 110 € for 5,000, and 210 € for 10,000.
- Do I have to pay to sign up?
- No. Signing up is free. When you register, you get a one-month free trial of the Pro AI plan, plus 50 AI chatbot credits. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account automatically switches to the Free plan.
- What are AI-powered tools?
- While chatting with a visitor, our AI can enhance your message in one click: correct grammar and syntax, improve clarity and tone, or generate a new response from a short prompt. You review everything before sending. AI-powered tools are available on the Pro AI plan.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay by credit or debit card, or with PayPal. American Express is not supported yet. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
- What are triggers?
- Triggers are automatic pop-up messages based on visitor behavior. For example, you can show a message when someone stays on your pricing page for more than 15 seconds and ask if they need help.
- What is visitor monitoring?
- Visitor monitoring helps you track and analyze visitors in real time. You can view details such as country, city, browser, device, time on site, number of visits, and more.
- What are Typing Insights?
- Typing Insights let you see what visitors are typing before they click send. This gives you more time to prepare faster, more helpful replies.
