I made the move from Zoom to Ontel for my business VoIP phone service this month, and the onboarding process has been flawless. Adrian has been very supportive and took the time to demo the desktop software so I was completely comfortable with it.

When I work from home running my accountancy firm I always have very bad mobile signal, sometimes I miss a call and I didn’t have a Bristol landline. I got in touch with Adrian from ONTEL and he ran through the options before arranging a Teams call to get all set up in less than 30 minutes. Now I can look forward to making client and HMRC calls without the fear of having awful signal, as the system will use my phone and computer wifi. ontel are a really great, genuine telecoms company.
We recently had to change suppliers after a bonline upgrade failed.
It is normally always a pain to change supplier but not with ontel.
They provided all the info, support and equipment. And they did what they said they were going to do. In a matter of days they had us set up and good to go..
