v4 API: Submit Batch MODIFY Operation (Python SDK)

This Python script submits a Nutanix v4 Python SDK batch MODIFY operation. Uses Odata filters to find matching virtual machines, builds a batch MODIFY request including VM eTag and Ntnx-Request-id headers, then modifies the name of each VM.
