To get started, complete the application form with the required information and submit it for review.
Once you are accepted as an affiliate, you will gain access to your personalized affiliate dashboard on FirstPromoter. This dashboard offers comprehensive statistics, payment information, and a centralized location for all the essential marketing materials you may need.
We review all applications as quickly as possible during the business week. You will receive an approval or decline notification in your email inbox.
Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to review your application; however, in some cases, the verification process may take longer.
For each client you onboard, you will receive a 15% commission on their total invoice.
You will have access to personalized tracking links in FirstPromoter, the third party tool we use for our program. We work with a 60 day cookie policy as well as a last-click attribution.
As a Nimbata affiliate, there are certain actions that you are not allowed to do. Please take note of the following main restrictions:
Self-Referrals and Commission Sharing: Self-referrals and commission sharing are strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to use your own affiliate link to make purchases or create accounts for yourself, your relatives, or employees. Any attempt to exploit the system for personal gain will result in immediate disqualification from the affiliate program.
Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as click fraud, cookie stuffing, or using unauthorized promotional methods, is strictly prohibited. Such activities not only violate our terms but can also harm the integrity of the affiliate program and its participants.
No Misleading Content: You should not misrepresent Nimbata or its products/services. Providing accurate information and avoiding making false claims or misleading statements is important. You are not allowed to engage in false advertising, such as misrepresenting a free trial as a coupon or discount, advertising invalid trials or offers, or using any form of deceptive marketing tactics. Honesty and transparency are crucial in maintaining trust with potential customers.
PPC Advertising: If you are running paid advertising campaigns, you are not allowed to bid on Nimbata’s branded keywords and ANY misspelled branded keywords like (but not limited to) Nimabta, Nimbta, Nim bata, etc. Additionally, your PPC campaigns should not create a direct competition with Nimbata’s own advertising efforts.
Unauthorized Use of Brand Names: You are not allowed to use Nimbata’s trademarks in domain names, social media accounts, or community names. This includes variations or misspellings of Nimbata’s brand names. Proper brand representation is essential to maintain consistency and trust in the marketplace.
Respect for Intellectual Property: Ensure that all your promotional content, including images, videos, and written material, complies with intellectual property laws. Do not use copyrighted material without proper authorization. Respecting intellectual property rights helps maintain the credibility and legality of your marketing efforts.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the Nimbata affiliate program.
