To be able to activate your neo App, we will send to you an SMS with your neo ID or a new neo Debit Card by Courier.

I just received an SMS with my neo ID. How can I activate neo App?

If you receive an SMS with a link on your verified Mobile Number to download neo App, follow the steps below:

Download neo app from the App Store or Google Play
Enter your neo ID (you’ll get it in the SMS)
Share the required details
You’ll get a one-time code (OTP) on your phone; enter it.
Create a password (mPIN)
We will forward you to a waiting screen. Wait for 48 hours while we transfer your balances. We appreciate your patience and we’ll notify you once done.
Open the app by clicking on “Start now”

I received my new neo debit card via courier. How can I activate my neo App using my neo debit card?

Great news on receiving your Debit Card by courier. To activate your neo app, follow the steps below:

Download neo app from the App Store or Google Play
Click on "Activate"
Enter your Debit Card information and personal details
You’ll get a verification code (OTP) on your phone; enter it.
Create a passcode.
We will forward you to a waiting screen. Once the App is activated, we will send you another SMS.
Once you receive it, Log in, click on “Start now” and enjoy your banking journey.

*Please take note that activating neo App is not possible via other existing Bank Audi Cards. Only Main neo Debit Card ID is subject to enrollment.
If supplementary card holder attempts to enroll using the supplementary neo card, after entering the card details, he will not be able to activate the app.

If I’m facing trouble downloading neo App when clicking on the linked received by SMS ?

If you’re not able to download neo App after receiving the SMS link, don’t worry!

You can easily find it on Google Play and Apple Store by just entering “neo By Bank Audi”.

What types of accounts neo offers?

neo offers Fresh LBP and Fresh USD Accounts.

How can I open a neo Account?

Upon onboarding, we will automatically open a Fresh LBP and USD accounts for you at NO COST.
If you wish to open more accounts, you can do it directly from neo App.

Go to main Dashboard
Scroll down and click on +New Account

The additional account will be instantly opened for you.

How can I request a Statement of Account for the Visa application required by the Embassy?

You can get your neo Statement of Account through neo App by following these steps:

Open neo App
Go to “My Accounts”
Select the Account from which you want to issue the Statement
Click on the “Statement” icon
Choose the desired period (from—to)
Tap on” show activity”

And here you go, your Statement of Account is issued!

If you would like to issue a Statement of Account of any previous traditional Account, contact neo Contact Center at 1560 locally or +961-1-205405 internationally.

How will I receive my neo Card?

The card will be delivered to your requested Location through ARAMEX. Delivery Fees may apply.
