Our Model for Success: As a value-driven organization, we focus on key initiatives that will drive success for education, industry, the national workforce, and most importantly, students. Those key initiatives include:

NC3 certification curriculum represents a complete turn-key system of classroom presentation materials, labs, and exams centered on today’s in-demand industry skills. The NC3 certification supplements a school’s existing curriculum with theory and hands-on practice utilizing world-class equipment and tools. Students graduate with the most up-to-date knowledge and competencies valued and required by employers.

Curriculum Development

Together with program administrators and industry representatives, NC3 evaluates NC3 members' classrooms, labs, training systems, program goals, and local labor market demands to achieve the ideal educational workspace. The goal is to modernize effective training centers that will attract and produce the highest caliber of student. In support of these efforts, NC3 offers to all new and prospective members custom Vision and Benchmarking Tours at one of its national centers of excellence.

Program & Site Assessment

Train-the-Trainer events are hands-on professional development opportunities that provide standardized, world-class training to new and experienced instructors. Hosted at NC3 regional centers of excellence and lead by expert instructors, these week-long events offer an intensive classroom experience for instructors to learn and become experts in the newest certifications, allowing them to bring their transformed knowledge back to their classrooms.

NC3 certifications are driven by critical industry needs and national standards. NC3 has partnered with world-renowned and deeply committed industry brands to provide insight into what are the biggest needs in workforce development and technical skills. By partnering with these leaders, schools will provide students with up-to-date industry knowledge and competencies required in their field.
