Excel: Tell Me Every Way to Change Column Widths

Some columns are too wide, some are too narrow. I need to adjust so they fit my data.
Method 1: Click between two column headings and drag left or right to change the width of the column to the left. A tooltip will tell you the new width in both width and points.
Method 2: Double-click the same line as shown in Method 1. This will auto-fit the column to the longest value in the column. Note that this method will not work in column A of the figure. The title in A1 is longer than all of the other data in the column. Excel will resize column A to be too large.
