We have produced a tutorial specifically for iMosflm as both an HTML and a PDF document. It is based on processing a set of 84 Mar IP images of a mercury derivative of a hydrogenase maturation protein's N-terminal domain hypF (see structure 1GXT at the PDB). The sequence is here if you want to try solving the structure.
For a discussion of the crystallization and preliminary X-ray structure characterization, see Rosano C, Zuccotti S, Stefani M, Bucciantini M, Ramponi G, Bolognesi M., Acta Crystallogr., Sect.D 58 pp. 524 (2002).
We have a short video that takes you through a simple processing session (you will need a recent browser to view this)
We have prepared a pocket guide as a PDF file, as an introduction to iMosflm; download it, and print it double sided with short-edge binding. It's set up for printing on A4 paper, but should be okay on US letter size as well.
In addition, the original Mosflm user guide is still available (as plain text, html and PDF), which is a general introduction to processing data with Mosflm (and is geared towards the old X11 GUI and command-line and batch processing),
