We prepare and file returns in accordance with applicable state requirements based on your business activity and filing obligations. At this time, we do not provide tax preparation services for California or New York, and we do not take on Connecticut filings due to their complex requirements. We will review your situation to determine where filings are needed and coordinate accordingly.

Because no two businesses are the same, we begin with a review of your current situation and provide a clear proposal outlining the services needed. This ensures you are paying for the work that actually supports your business—not a one-size-fits-all package.

Our goal is to minimize the amount of work required from you. We request read-only access to your financial institutions and accounting platforms so we can obtain current information directly, eliminating the need to track you down each month for statements and reducing unnecessary back-and-forth.
If multiple years are involved, we may still need copies of some older statements that are no longer available online. We will guide you through exactly what is needed so the process remains as efficient and manageable as possible.
Read-only access allows us to view transactions and records without the ability to move funds, write checks, transfer money, or pay bills. This structure protects you while giving us the visibility needed to perform our work efficiently. Any services involving payments or processing are only performed if specifically requested and authorized.
