Loop / Interval Timer: Work-Rest Rounds
Build repeatable sets for workouts, Pomodoro study, or classroom rotations. Choose Work time, Rest time, the number of Rounds, and an optional Start Delay. MinuteBell plays a bell or beep at each phase change and shows your current round at a glance.
Presets & Common Setups
- Tabata: 20s work / 10s rest × 8 rounds
- EMOM: 1:00 work / 0 rest (Every Minute On the Minute)
- Pomodoro: 25 min focus / 5 min break × 4 rounds
How it Works
- Enter Work and Rest durations, set Rounds, optionally add a Start Delay.
- Press Start. The ring shows progress; colors switch for Work vs Rest.
- Use Skip to jump to the next phase; Pause any time.
Teacher & Trainer Tips
- Stations & rotations: Set even blocks so groups move on the chime.
- Circuits: Use short rests for transitions; increase rounds for volume.
- Focus sprints: Try 10-15 minute Work blocks with 2-3 minute breaks.
Voice & Sound
Choose bell or beep. Optional voice announces “Work” and “Rest” so you don’t have to watch the screen.
