Compatibility

Check if your Camera, Gimbal, Switcher or Controller works with Middle Control. Use the dropdowns below to verify compatibility.

  • Accessories: Certain functions may need additional hardware (e.g., DJI Focus Motor, Active Track : RavenEye...)
  • Network stability: Prefer wired Ethernet for productions for optimal low latency and reliability. If you can only use Wi-Fi, make sure to use one or more high quality Wi-Fi access points (i.e : Ubiquiti, GL-iNet...)
  • Testing: When combining ATEM control, gimbals, and cameras, we recommend planning & testing ahead of show time.


Supported Hardware - Summary​

The following DJI gimbals are supported with Middle Control:

1 Requires DJI Focus Wheel or APC-R Gimbal Adapter to connect to the gimbal.
2 Requires DJI Focus Wheel to connect (SBUS mode only).

note
  • RSC2, RS3, RS3 Mini, and RS4 Mini are not supported because they do not have an RSA port.
  • You’ll need one APC-R per gimbal when controlling multiple gimbals.
SBUS vs CANBUS

Position Presets, Focus Motor, Remote Calibration, Sleep/Wake, and ActiveTrack are only available over CANBUS. SBUS gimbals support basic PTZ movement only.
