About The MGA Foundation

Since its founding in 1991, the MGA Foundation has impacted thousands of individuals throughout the Met Area by providing access to developmental programs both on and off the golf course. The MGAF’s initiatives include the GOLFWORKS student-intern program, junior competitions and youth golf access, caddie initiatives including annual Caddie Academies, adaptive golf programming, and support of local and national programs, including First Tee-Metropolitan New York, to fulfill the mission to help preserve the game’s past and protect its future.

For more than 40 years, the MGA and MetLife have partnered to provide the highest level of golf services the Metropolitan Area demands. MetLife’s support of the MGA Foundation is a testament to the company’s longstanding mission of giving back, and allows the MGA Foundation to continue instilling the values and traditions of golf in the next generation of golfers.
