  • Contracted Day-Off Patterns for Non-Standard Schedules — Shift managers can configure per-employee, per-week day-off patterns for non-standard work schedules, with automatic "OFF" indicators on the schedule board and warnings before assigning conflicting shifts.
  • GTM Proposals Tab — Mango GTM now surfaces a dedicated Proposals section with all proposals in one place, admin-only approvals and analytics views, an ICP Profile action, and a one-click New Campaign button from the Plays index.
  • Manager Work Visibility Setting — HR admins can now choose whether employees see manager ratings and comments after both parties submit, or only after the review meeting is marked complete.

  • Service Desk Intake Form Live Preview — Admins can now preview exactly how a request type intake form will appear to end users — including all unsaved edits — before publishing.

  • Location Contracted Hours Budgeting — Set a weekly contracted hours target per location and track actual usage against budget across this month, last month, and year-to-date directly on the schedule.

  • Service Desk Conditional Field Logic — Custom fields on request forms can now show or require themselves based on complex AND/OR rules spanning multiple fields and values, not just simple single-field equality.
  • Procurement Eligibility Rules — Admins can now choose which employee attribute — job title, cost center, or a custom field — determines who can order each inventory item, replacing a previously hardcoded setting.
  • Multi-Week Grouped Schedules — Managers can now group multiple weeks into a single schedule so contracted-hours targets and pay-period caps roll up across the entire period.
  • Service Desk "Requesting For" Visibility Control — Admins can now restrict the "Requesting For" field to agents or admins only, and define shared option lists that reuse the same choices across multiple custom fields.
  • Configurable Equipment Field in Service Desk — The related equipment/asset field is now configurable per request type, giving admins control over when it appears rather than showing globally whenever Asset Pro is enabled.
