  • Last month, our Developer Relations team, which focuses on supporting and growing our developer community, got together to discuss this year’s plans, projects, and conferences. We also had some fun comparing our laptop sticker collections! ⭐ It got us thinking - everyone seems to have a different approach to decorating laptops. Are you team clean cover or stickers?

  • 🚰  It’s 2 AM, and a water pipe just burst in your house. Panic sets in. You send a frantic, typo-filled WhatsApp message to an emergency plumbing service, hoping someone is awake. But instead of waiting for a tired person to reply, you get an instant response from an AI agent. 👉 This is more than a simple chatbot. The AI quickly figures out how urgent your problem is and, seeing it’s an emergency, contacts the on-call plumber right away. It takes your messy messages and turns them into a clear, organized job record, sorted by issue, urgency, price range, and most importantly, a summary the plumber can use right away. 📁 All the details are saved automatically, making it easy to follow up the next day. This is AI helping with real emergencies, not just answering basic questions. This smooth intake process can work for any service business, bringing order to even the most chaotic situations. 🧠 Ready to see how smart automation can improve your customer intake? • 🤖 Thank you to the Londroid community for letting us host your February meetup at our London office last week! We enjoyed two great presentations: Zachary📱 Powell 🥑, Head of Developer Community at Next App devCon, spoke about 'Beyond the Smartphone: Android's Identity Crisis in 2026.' Nicola Corti shared his experiences in 'What I Learned from Publishing Libraries to Maven Central for 10 Years.' Both talks led to lively Q&A sessions and sparked interesting discussions. 🎤 It was great to see the Android community share ideas, make connections, and network throughout the evening.

  • 🔎 Ensuring your new users are actually who they say they are is critical, but it shouldn't feel like an interrogation. Enter Subscriber Match, the latest feature in our Identity Insights API. It allows you to verify user details against mobile network operator records in real-time, helping you: 🤖 Spot synthetic identities before they cause damage. ➡️ Streamline onboarding (less friction = happier users). 💰 Keep KYC compliance on point without the high costs. It's a smart way to balance security with a smooth customer experience. Ready to close the door on fraud? Read the full breakdown here: https://vonage.dev/4l4Ghx9

  • 😱 Imagine being out in the wild, alone, it's getting dark, and your phone battery is at the dangerous 5% left. Turning your GPS on to find your way (and let your friends know where you are) is a risky game of "will I make it before power runs out?" This is where cell triangulation comes in.  How does it work, and how does Vonage leverage that? Learn more about Vonage Device Location Retrieval: https://vonage.dev/4tDZtGd

  • Thank you so much, Vikram and Claude Code Central, for partnering with us and turning our office into the place to be last week! We are already looking forward to the next one 👀

76 people. 11 speakers. A packed amphitheatre in Shoreditch. Monday night at Claude Code Central London #3 was electric. Two hours of talks, demos, and conversations at Vonage's office. The energy was something else. What struck me most was the sheer range of people and projects. A space engineering lecturer, a robotics engineer, a doctor turned startup founder, a data scientist, a non-developer building a product, and a new mum who coded her app during nightshifts with a newborn. Different backgrounds, different industries, all brought together by the same thing: genuine enthusiasm for Claude Code and what they're building with it. Our speakers: 🎤 1. RL Nabors — continuous docs improvement with GitHub workflows 🎤 2. Deni Darenberg — dogAdvisor Max, AI for anxious dog owners (a non-developer success story) 🎤 3. Yuliya Halavachova — UltraScout AI, AI visibility and search optimization 🎤 4. Erica H.— multiplayer Wikipedia for personal memory 🎤 5. Dr Chad Okay —using Claude Code as a biohacking medium ( clinical researcher at UCL, Suna Health founder) 🎤 6. Laurynas Keturakis  — agent-friendly task manager built inside Claude Code 🎤 7. Olha Muzychenko — Poonami Station, a baby changing station finder built in 4 nights with a newborn 🎤 8. Christopher Man — Antler, a multi-agent workflow environment 🎤 9. Dmitry Pozdniakov — Smart Core for orchestrating multiple Claude instances (Senior Robotics Software Engineer) 🎤 10. Angadh Nanjangud — messaging app demo (Space Engineering lecturer at Queen Mary) 🎤 11. Carlos Ulloa — Fantasynth Live, a realtime 3D VJ app Thank you all for sharing your work with the community. Every talk sparked conversations that carried on well past the closing. Some numbers that still surprise me: we had 800 registrations for this event. With a venue capacity of 70, we could only admit a fraction. We're working on ways to include more people going forward. None of this runs without the people behind the scenes. Jamil G was our logistics lead at Vonage — patient, responsive, and unflappable with every last-minute request. Our volunteers Connor Adams, Alex Borisenko, Amrita Bhattacharjee, Ganga Pawar, and Sumedh Pawar helped with setup, check-ins, and keeping everything running smoothly. Thank you all. And thank you to Anthropic for building Claude Code and for supporting communities like ours. Special thanks to Martine N. for being incredibly helpful and responsive throughout CCCL #4 is coming. If you want to be part of what's next, join us: WhatsApp: https://lnkd.in/eGA3WhNN See you at the next one.
