  • We’re building Navixy MCP to make it easier for users to connect the Navixy MCP Server to their preferred AI client and explore fleet data in a more interactive way. Our goal is to help users: 🔹 connect the Navixy MCP Server to AI clients 🔹 gain insights into fleet performance 🔹 access visualizations and interactive UI directly inside the AI chat To get started, customers will need an AI client — for example, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Desktop. For interactive visualizations, they’ll need a client that supports Anthropic MCP Apps, such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, or another compatible client. We’re still actively developing, refining, and expanding these capabilities to make them truly useful for real-world operations, and we’re excited to bring them to a wider audience soon. In the meantime, users can already work with our built-in AI Assistant inside the Navixy platform to access their data faster and more efficiently.   • What changes when device data and workflows actually work together?   • AI assistant is now the default content of the “𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩” tab in the 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 of the Navixy platform, replacing the standard documentation link. When launched this way, the assistant automatically recognizes the user’s current authorization, so they can ask questions about the state of their assets on the platform without any extra setup. This applies only if the Administrator has not customized that link. As before, Administrators can still change it in the 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 (𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 → 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 → 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭) and point users to other support materials instead. This change makes in-platform help more accessible while keeping full flexibility for partners who prefer to route users to their own resources. As a reminder, Navixy documentation is now available via 𝐌𝐂𝐏 (𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥). If you use tools like Claude Desktop, Cursor, or other MCP-compatible AI tools, you can connect the Navixy MCP server and let your AI retrieve answers directly from published documentation — including API references, integration guides, and platform documentation — with links to the exact sections used.     Do you ever catch yourself thinking: 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢 — 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴? One logistics business ran into exactly this. A refrigeration compressor drifted for six hours. Temperature sensors kept sending data the entire time. Three pallets were written off — not because the signal was missing, but because no one saw it early enough. Sensor monitoring was technically in place. In practice, it wasn’t reaching the people responsible for acting on it. They didn’t replace systems or start a new IT project. They simply changed how sensor data is presented to supervisors. Now, temperature and humidity readings across all zones are visible in real time, alerts appear as soon as values move outside acceptable ranges, and any incident can be traced back in minutes using historical logs.
