Two new case studies are live! We’re excited to share new examples of how energy efficiency investments are making a real impact in our communities: 🏘️ Casa de la Esperanza | Longmont, CO This 32‑unit affordable housing community, managed by the Boulder County Housing Authority, partnered with Efficiency Works to complete high‑efficiency upgrades – including insulation, LED lighting and heat pump water heaters. With energy advising, rebates and an additional $7,800 Community Efficiency Grant, these improvements support residents while lowering long‑term operating costs. 💡 Turning Point Center for Youth & Family Development | Fort Collins, CO This local nonprofit upgraded interior and exterior lighting, creating brighter, more welcoming spaces for clients and staff. With help from rebates and Community Efficiency Grant funding, Turning Point also installed a public Level 2 EV charger and reduced annual energy costs by $1,900. These projects show how energy upgrades can strengthen organizations, support communities and free up resources for what matters most.
