They’re the ones that show up with people who actually belong to the community. Almost everyone in our crew competed at HYROX this weekend. They didn’t just staff a booth—they participated, connected, and engaged. When athletes stopped by, the conversations went well beyond creatine and Creapure®. We also talked about race strategy, training blocks, supplement protocols—along with plenty of laughter and genuine connection. This creates credibility and trust! I observed the same dynamic with the HYROX team itself. Most of their staff aren’t just there to execute an event, they’re athletes, competitors, and advocates. They chase PRs, support each other, and share the experience alongside the community they serve.
