You can unarchive Lead Gen Forms when you need to reuse or edit a previously archived form.
To unarchive a Lead Gen Form:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Assets on the left menu, then click Lead generation forms.

Click Archived near the top left of the page.

Click the
More next to the Lead Gen Form you want to unarchive. -
Choose Unarchive from the list of options.
Important to know
When you unarchive a form, all associated creatives will return to their original status. If a form was associated with an active creative when it was archived, the associated creative may begin serving automatically after the form is unarchived. To avoid this, pause all active associated ads or the related ad set after unarchiving the form.
