After you create your conversion, you’ll need to check the status to confirm that signals are being successfully received and your conversions are ready for use.

Find your conversion status
To find your conversion status:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Measurement on the left menu, then click Conversion tracking.

Review the Status column. Click the status for more details.
Status definitions
Learn more about each conversion status definition below.

| Active (green) | Insight Tag Conversions API CRM auto-created conversions CSV file | Last signal was received in the past three days. |
| Active (green): Low Match Rate | Conversions API | Last signal was received in the past three days, but the information streamed to LinkedIn has a low likelihood of successful event-to-profile matching. |
| No recent activity (gray) | Insight Tag Conversions API CRM auto-created conversions CSV file | Last signal was received between four and seven days ago. |
| Awaiting activity (gray) | Conversions API | Waiting to receive information from your Conversions API. You’ll see this status for 48 hours after creating your conversion. If we don’t receive a signal after 48 hours, your status will update to No activity detected. |
| No activity detected (red) | Conversions API | No events have been received for this conversion. |
| Inactive (red) | Insight Tag Conversions API CRM auto-created conversions CSV file | Last signal was received more than seven days ago. |
| Unverified (red) | Insight Tag | No activity detected from your website. |
Conversions API active status additional information
For Conversions API statuses (third-party partner or Direct API), you can click Active in the Status column on your Conversion Tracking page to see more detailed information. This information can include the following:
- Number of events detected in the past seven days
- When the last signal was received
- Match rate percentage
- Number of matching parameters
- Number of deduplicated events
- The name of the conversion that was deduplicated
Keep in mind, the status will update in real time, but it can take up to a few hours for the event count and match rate to populate.

If your conversion status isn't showing Active, we recommend you review the following information to help improve your conversion status.
