If you’re a member in India, you can update the payment information used for your current subscription.
To update a payment method:

Navigate to the LinkedIn Admin Center page.

Click Overview on the left pane.

Under Purchases, click the subscription for which you want to update the payment method.
You'll be able to view the payment method associated with the active subscription in the Billing information section. -
Under Actions, click Change Payment method.

In the Change Payment Method page, enter the updated payment information.

Click Add card.

If you receive an error, the billing country of your new payment method does not match the billing country used for your first LinkedIn purchase. To resolve this issue, use a payment method with the same billing country as your initial purchase, or cancel your contract and resubscribe.
