  • We’re thrilled to share our latest collaboration with Amazon Games for Courtroom Chaos, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. For this launch campaign, yU+co Live Action Director Adrian Yu brought the world of the game to life, creating a playful family courtroom scenario where Arnold appears as multiple characters in one very unusual household trial. Building on Amazon Games’ creative direction and working in close collaboration with their broader team, yU+co shaped the creative execution and led production, blending live-action comedy, in-game moments, visual effects, and editorial to showcase the game’s unique mix of improv, AI-driven storytelling, and party-game chaos. Executing the concept required an on-set production approach that included multiple carefully choreographed cameras and a technical workflow designed around four distinct Arnold performances, tight timing, and seamless VFX integration. It was a true pleasure to partner with Amazon Games on such a fun and ambitious piece, and a great honor to work with a screen legend like Arnold Schwarzenegger. We’re proud to have helped bring this wonderfully absurd courtroom to life. Play Courtroom Chaos on Amazon Luna — and we’ll see you in court. #CourtroomChaos #ArnoldSchwarzenegger #AmazonGames #MultiplayerMadness #AmazonLuna #PlayToWin #PartyGame #CreativeCollaboration #VFXMagic #yuandcompany

After 16 years away, the hit medical comedy Scrubs is back! yU+co was honored to take part in this exciting return, working with ABC to create a reimagining of the iconic title sequence. Set to the original theme from 2001, Superman, the sequence follows familiar faces and a new generation of interns through the hospital. Our goal was to create a sequence that felt modern and evolved, while staying true to the spirit that fans know and love. To update the feel of the titles, we utilized digital displays, modern set pieces, and a final logo reveal that pays homage to the original credits. 🩺 yU+co art directed the live-action shoot, developing pre-vis that guided the motion-control shoot across the hospital set. The production included 24 setups with 8 cast members, each choreographed to create a seamless sequence. #Scrubs #TitleDesign #MotionDesign #TVTitles #CreativeDirection #yuandcompany

yU+co had the pleasure of partnering with Peacock and showrunner Celeste Hughey to create an eerie title sequence for the show The ‘Burbs. The horror comedy, tells the story of a young couple who move from the city into the suburbs. However, they soon come to realize suburbia isn’t as quiet as it all seems. To capture the heart of the show, we designed a paper-cut silhouette suburban world filled with manicured lawns and friendly facades. The playful animated vignettes slowly twist into unsettling scenes, hinting at the danger hiding in plain sight. The building sense of paranoia captures the heart of the show and the perspective of our protagonist. #TitleDesign #MotionDesign #TVTitles #TheBurbs #Peacock #Animation #yuandcompany

yU+co had the pleasure of collaborating with writer and producer Kyle Killen to create the title sequence for the Netflix series Man on Fire. Inspired both by the protagonist Creasy’s fractured life and the government conspiracies that drive the show, we used shredding paper as the vehicle for the sequence. The show opener weaves together vivid scenes of Rio de Janeiro, Creasy’s haunted past, and iconic imagery from the show. The sequence begins with grounded realism, but the paper fragments soon take on surreal, choreographed movements. In the end, we’re left with a single, hopeful image – Poe and Creasy. Catch Man on Fire streaming now on Netflix! #yuandcompany #titledesign #motiongraphics #design #ManonFire

For Courtroom Chaos, yU+co teamed up with Amazon Games to launch an exciting new AI-powered party experience starring Snoop Dogg as the judge. yU+co developed and produced a trailer that blends gameplay, motion graphics, and live-action shots to transform a house party into a surreal courtroom face-off. The spot showcases how every accusation, denial, and bark becomes part of the game as players create wild characters and improvise absurd legal cases for an AI-powered Snoop Dogg to decide. #AmazonGames #GameTrailer #CreativeDirection #MotionDesign #LiveAction #CourtroomChaos #yuandcompany

For the Amazon MGM Studios film Mercy, yU+co collaborated with director Timur Bekmambetov to craft a title sequence that drops you straight into a near-future justice system where AI is Judge, Jury, and Executioner. 👩⚖️ The film tells the story of a detective on trial for murder. If he cannot convince the AI judge of his innocence in 90 minutes, he will be executed. The Main on End titles continue the story, showcasing key moments and pieces of evidence encased in glass, like physical echoes of a digital trial. Every artifact, case, and placard was designed in CG, with refined camera moves to highlight the precision and tension of this world. Using original footage, stock, CG, and a custom UI language, we create thread together the story, the AI court, and the stakes at play. #yuco #TitleDesign #MotionDesign #VFX #FilmTitles #SciFi #Mercy #AmazonMGM

Reuniting with Director Sam Raimi and Editor Bob Murawski, yU+co designed the opening titles for the thriller Send Help. Working closely with Sam and Bob, we created a sequence that lives within the story, introducing Linda Liddle, the film’s protagonist, that reveal her character and foreshadow the survival expertise she will need to use.  The end crawl brings it full circle. We designed a tactile, illustrated sequence inspired by survivalist manuals as an homage to Linda’s field guides. Alongside the credits, practical tips to survive the wild roll to close the film. 🏝️ #TitleDesign #MotionDesign #TVTitles #SendHelp #Animation #yuco

For the black comedy The Roses, yU+co had the pleasure of working with our friend Jay Roach to create a cel-animated line-art title sequence to open the film. The Roses tells the story of a couple whose marriage is unraveling, turning love into hate. Drawing inspiration from the husband, who often sketches on napkins, we wanted to create a fun and clever way to depict how relationships evolve. The weaving, tangling and unraveling lines depict the phases of a romantic relationship as the characters become entangled and untangled throughout the sequence. #yuco #titledesign #motiongraphics #design #theroses
