  • A PDF catalog is thorough. It's also invisible to search engines, impossible to filter, and slow to load on a phone. B2B buyers don't browse. They narrow down by application, output, and compliance. If that takes more than a few clicks, they're already on someone else's site. We moved Yanmar's full product range from PDFs to filterable web pages. Every spec is live, indexed, and readable on any device. Result: +65% technical file downloads year on year.   • Dealer locators managed over email go stale faster than anyone at HQ realizes. A contact changes, someone forgets to forward the update, and the page quietly turns into a dead end. It still looks fine from the inside. From the outside, a prospect just called a number that no longer works. For Yanmar, we built a portal where dealers update their own data. No email chains. The locator shows what's actually true, across every market. Admin time at HQ dropped by over 30%. But the real change is simpler: prospects reach someone who picks up. Full story on the blog.     Unintentional mood board of the year from HubSpot 🪦 🙃 At a time when many businesses are uncertain about their future due to rapid #AI development, HubSpot changed their vibrant purple theme to a grey/white funeral theme. While the intention could be to increase your ability to focus on data, the result feels like browsing a digital graveyard. (Your experience may vary depending on what numbers you see framed by those grey borders.) On the other hand, as with many #UX #UI changes, this might just be a matter of getting used to it. It's a bit of a different story with #AI. Just getting used to it might not be the best strategy. To have at least some control over our destiny (and to help our customers do the same) we built an AI Lab. What's your approach to AI? Do you perceive it as a threat or opportunity?
