Our Head of Business Sebastian Martinez just wrapped up an intense and inspiring week at HumanX in San Francisco. What stood out most wasn’t just the caliber of speakers, like Matt Garman CEO of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Jeetu Patel President at Cisco, but the conversations happening in the hallways. There’s a very real shift underway. AI is no longer a “future bet”, it’s already reshaping how teams build, how products evolve, and how companies think about leverage. From agentic workflows to AI-augmented engineering, the pace of change is exponential. What I kept coming back to is this: the biggest opportunity isn’t just in adopting AI tools, it’s in rethinking how we build software altogether.
