I am incredibly proud to share that WP Engine has been named the 2026 Partner of the Year by our long-standing community partner, CASA for Douglas County! As the Global Chair for our RISE Employee Resource Group, seeing our team put our core values into action—specifically our commitments to “Do the right thing” and “Committed to give back”—is deeply inspiring. For those who may not be familiar, CASA does vital work right here in the Omaha area. They train and empower volunteer advocates to make a lasting difference in the lives of children impacted by the child welfare system. In their award announcement, CASA shared some words that truly moved our team: "WP Engine has consistently demonstrated extraordinary commitment to CASA through volunteerism, in-kind support, monetary contributions, and enthusiastic participation in our events. Their partnership extends far beyond a single moment each year—they show up, they follow through, and they intentionally look for ways to deepen their impact." This recognition belongs to every single WP Engine employee who has volunteered their time, donated resources, attended events, or helped spread the word about CASA's incredible mission. Your impact extends far beyond our day-to-day work. Thank you to CASA for this tremendous honor, and for the life-changing work you do for children in our community every single day. We are proud to stand beside you! 💙 #WPEngine #CASA #omaha #giveback #erg #RISE #communityimpact

We were honored to spend the week at the Great Place To Work conference! 🌟 This year’s agenda centered on hope, and our team walked away feeling truly inspired. From deep dives in the Executive Leadership track to actionable insights in the ERG track, we’re returning with fresh perspectives to keep building a culture that puts people first. As a proud sponsor of the event, seeing this community come together was a huge highlight for us. Cheers to building better workplaces, together!

WP Engine had the opportunity to sponsor and attend the 2026 Great Place To Work conference in Las Vegas. Over the past two days, we have taken away thoughtful leadership experiences, new frameworks, and practical applications of AI. Michael C. Bush spoke about hope and trust being the foundation of everything. Trust isn’t a "soft skill" - it’s a business multiplier. My favorite sessions have been: - Geoff Woods' session on The AI-Driven Leader, where he took us through the practical application of his CRIT framework, he demonstrated how to stop using AI as a simple tool and start leveraging it as a strategic thought partner to drive better business outcomes. - Angela Duckworth delivered a great talk on her most recent research. She shared her data-driven approach to what makes some people more successful than others: Grit and Situational Agency.  - Last but not least, we loved hearing from Larry Miller. He spoke about his book, Jump, and his powerful journey from a criminal past to leading the multi-billion dollar Jordan brand for Nike and the Portland Trail Blazers. Showing that some of the most impactful leaders come from the most unconventional backgrounds. We have had a great team representing WP Engine from across the business, including our ERG leaders and it's been valuable for all. Tarsha McCormick, Andrea Wofford, Jason "Geo" Geolingo, Dan White, Lauren Cox, Jeremy Trask, Libby Owens!
