About us

We're building a new way to get feedback on websites, videos, images and more. As you move faster and have more assets, organise your flows of creative assets into projects, and replace your project manager or client portal with a space designed for designers.

Updates

  • It can be tricky to know exactly which comment someone’s referring to—especially when there are lots of them on one task. To make things a bit clearer, comments in Workflow are now automatically numbered. This makes it easier to reference feedback during calls or reviews (no more “scroll up a bit... that one!”) Although ‘numbering’ is now on by default, you can still switch back to ‘profile picture’ comments in settings. #design #creativity #workflow

  • Exciting news, we’ve built our first Chrome extension! Pixel Perfect lets you overlay designs over the live websites you are building. The overlaid design is slightly transparent, so you can see both the current site and your design on top. This means you can instantly spot any visual mismatches - like misaligned elements, incorrect spacing, or any other missing details. Just install the Chrome plugin, add your design image (exported from Figma or anywhere else), and it will be overlaid over the current website. #design #creatives #workflow #pixelperfect https://lnkd.in/eCr-YEmw

What does good design start with? Empathy, says Helena Postigo Matey, Sr. Designer from Koto. Sometimes staying curious and open, especially when receiving feedback, can make all the difference in turning tension into trust, and ultimately, into better work. This is episode 2 of Mind the Whitespace, a podcast by Workflow which explores how great designers give, receive, and rethink feedback. Available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. #design #feedback #creatives

  • 🎙️Episode 2 of Mind the Whitespace with Helena Postigo Matey, Senior Designer at Koto and ex Pentagram Designer. Key insights from her conversation with Jonathan Quaade, founding designer at Workflow: 1. Why your ego can be your biggest barrier to great client collaboration. 2. How to present raw creative ideas in ways clients can actually understand. 3. How to navigate client politics and identify the real decision-maker in the room. 4. What it means to keep a project “alive” even after sign-off. 5. Why junior designers are often the ones who unlock the most unexpected ideas. 6. How to reframe frustrating feedback into a creative challenge. 7. And most importantly, why empathy + curiosity might just be the ultimate creative toolkit. Watch the full conversation on YouTube (link in comments).

We built Workflow because creatives need better spaces to work in. We were tired of chasing down design feedback. One person emails notes, another uses Slack, someone else marked up an old PDF. None of it stayed with the work. So we made Workflow. A place where comments live with the work, where everyone's looking at the same version, and nothing gets lost. Three years later, we use Workflow every day. Not because we have to, but because it works. You might like it too.

Add a website → get comments on it. I've had a few demo requests this week, so here's a quick walkthrough of how people use this: 🤝 Freelancers & agencies – easy sharing with clients 📣 Marketers – team feedback on landing pages 🧪 Product designers – early input on v0 prototypes 🛠️ Startups – quick comments on docs & guides
