In a recent Commercial UAV News webinar, WindShape's Tiziano Fiorucci, PhD and BCN Drone Center's Jordi Salvador Bernadí were candid about the gap: a test campaign that satisfies one national authority may be invalid the next country over, even under the same EASA framework.
