Collaborative cultures of belonging don't just boost morale... they are rocket fuel for the bottomline. Stop expensive attrition, attract top talent and boost innovation and productivity, by empowering your leaders to create inclusive environments. October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month--a time to recognize the value and talent of people with disabilities. Why should you care? 1. Companies prioritizing disability inclusion outperform peers in productivity, employee engagement, and financial results. For example, Accenture’s Getting to Equal study found that companies championing disability inclusion had 28% higher revenue and double the net income compared to others. 2. Employees with disabilities often bring unique perspectives and creative approaches to problem-solving because they’ve had to navigate barriers in daily life. 3. Over 1 billion people worldwide live with a disability. Having employees with disabilities ensures businesses better understand and serve this large customer segment. Are your leaders armed with hiring, training, and workplace practices to ensure equity and accessibility for all? If not, what are you waiting for? Thank you Speakers Associates Ltd for arming purpose-driven leaders globally with these 5 simple steps they can take to cultivate cultures of equity and inclusivity. #NDEAM #InclusionMatters #InclusiveLeadership

Here’s how to turn everyday actions into real inclusion at work—starting now. Watch Jennifer (Tishman) Willey’s new Fearless in 5 video article and learn five practical ways to ensure every voice is heard, bias is challenged, and progress is measured, not just promised. Jennifer shares simple, high-impact steps leaders and teams can apply immediately: invite quieter voices into conversations, set a “no interruptions” norm, practice visible allyship, ditch diminishing language, and “measure what you treasure” with clear inclusion metrics. These micro-actions compound into cultures where people feel respected, contribute more boldly, and innovation accelerates. Why this matters for organizations: inclusion linked to everyday behaviors drives better collaboration, stronger problem-solving, and higher engagement—outcomes that fuel both people and performance. As a global keynote speaker and CEO of Wet Cement, Jennifer translates research and real-world experience into repeatable habits that teams can adopt this week. Follow Speakers Associates Ltd for more Fearless in 5 episodes, expert insights, and access to Jennifer Willey’s full speaking profile and availability. If building a culture where everyone thrives is a priority, start with this video—and share it with a colleague who champions inclusion. #Inclusion #InclusiveLeadership #Belonging #Allyship #LeadershipDevelopment #DEI #PsychologicalSafety #CultureChange #FearlessIn5 #JenniferWilley #SpeakersAssociates #WomenInLeadership

Here’s how to make sure every great idea gets heard—starting now. In this new Fearless in 5 video, global keynote speaker Jennifer (Tishman) Willey shares five practical, confidence-boosting actions to amplify a voice, build influence, and spark more inclusive conversations at work. Watch, apply one tip this week, and follow Speakers Associates Ltd for more bite-sized leadership insights that move careers—and cultures—forward. Highlights from the video article: Jennifer Willey urges professionals to move beyond passive engagement and consistently share original ideas online to start meaningful dialogue and raise visibility, recommending at least one intentional post per week that sparks conversation and tags collaborators to widen reach. She spotlights the power of amplifying others—especially women—by hosting quick conversations, sharing takeaways publicly, and tagging peers to shift norms and broaden who gets heard. She encourages throwing a hat in the ring for meetings, town halls, panels, and conference calls for speakers, noting that a single contribution can inspire others and expand opportunity. She addresses the inner barriers that mute voices, reframing self-doubt as a signal to speak up not just for oneself but as a model for mentees, colleagues, and the next generation watching. Finally, she champions authenticity—owning individuality, learning out loud from missteps, and returning to the table stronger after ideas don’t land the first time. https://lnkd.in/emac-p8a #FearlessIn5 #JenniferWilley #ConfidentCommunication #SpeakUp #AmplifyVoices #InclusiveLeadership #WomenInLeadership #PsychologicalSafety #CareerGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #PublicSpeaking #PersonalBrand #WorkplaceEquity #SpeakersAssociates

Let’s be honest: no one loves change. I hate it when a new software update completely rearranges my phone. That first week? Chaos. I’m tapping where buttons used to be, and nothing works the way it did before. But here’s the difference when it comes to being a leader: If you lean into the discomfort around dealing with change, it can be your superpower. On the Uncaged podcast, Bant Breen and I discuss how change presents a massive opportunity for leadership growth. When everything’s in motion, too many 'leaders' tend to hit the brakes. ⚠️ “Let’s wait it out.” Or even worse... <crickets> They hide, stay quiet or shy away from tough questions. But this is when teams need the opposite. They need leaders to lean in, not pull back. Because change does two things: 1️⃣ It exposes the cracks in your systems. 2️⃣ It invites you to build better ones. So instead of slowing down? Speed up. Harness the power of how change can show you what’s working, what’s outdated, and what’s overdue for a rethink. #Leadership #TeamDevelopment #FearlessFundamentals #BusinessGrowth #UncagedPodcast
